What makes the AeroPilates® Reformer different? The patent-pending Free-Form Cardio Rebounder which is a simple concept that has a powerful impact. This accessory adds all the benefits of cardiovascular fitness to the strength, flexibility and range of motion training that Pilates reformer training is known for. The Free-Form Cardio Rebounder allows the user to perform uniquely effective, low-impact aerobic
workouts while lying down on the reformer’s cushioned carriage platform. Because the user is supine while rebounding, the total body is
protected and supported! The impact on the joints is minimal, yet the cardiovascular benefits are comparable to those delivered by treadmills
and elliptical trainers. Plus, the supine position not only takes the pressure off the joints, but also engages the muscles of the core for spine support, better balance and better posture.
