Our 65,000 square foot facility includes six indoor tennis courts, indoor running tack, multi-purpose gymnasium, aerobic area, cardiovascular training center with cardio theatre, circuit training equipment and free weights.

All of our health and fitness programs include state-of-the-art equipment, staff and substance. Our physical conditioning and exercise facility provides the essential elements for aerobics, cardiovascular training, circuit training, jogging, fitness testing, and health assessments based on one's optional new-member fitness evaluation.

FLAC will continually strive to provide and affordably priced sport, health, and recreation facility for the residents of our community.
